Section 1 — Policy Statement

ONE HUNDRED MEN ENTERPRISE (hereinafter "100 MEN") is committed to providing programs, services, and employment opportunities without discrimination of any kind. This policy applies to all individuals served by 100 MEN, all program participants, volunteers, staff, board members, and contractors.

100 MEN does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, familial status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Section 2 — Who We Serve

Despite our name, ONE HUNDRED MEN ENTERPRISE serves individuals of all genders. Our programs are open to all people who meet our program eligibility criteria, regardless of gender. Our name reflects our founding identity as a faith-based, veteran-led organization — not a restriction on who we serve.

100 MEN currently delivers active programming to all of the following populations:

  • Justice-involved men and women — active programming inside Tarrant County Jail, Green Bay Jail, Fort Worth Jail, and Fort Worth Women's Jail
  • At-risk youth — male and female students at Sunrise McMillan Elementary and Arlington ISD high schools
  • Returning citizens — men and women transitioning from incarceration to community
  • Veterans — male and female veterans in the Tarrant County area
  • Community members — mentorship ages 7–70 regardless of gender
Section 3 — Active Women's Programming

100 MEN operates a formal Women's Reentry Program in partnership with the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office. This program launched in May 2026 and delivers bi-weekly programming inside the Fort Worth Women's Jail every Tuesday and Saturday.

Women's program facilitators include trained and credentialed female staff members. The Women's Reentry Program curriculum addresses the specific needs of justice-involved women including trauma-informed care, workforce readiness, family reunification, and post-release stabilization.

Section 4 — Federal & State Compliance

100 MEN operates in full compliance with the following federal non-discrimination requirements:

  • Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 — prohibits discrimination based on race, color, and national origin in programs receiving federal financial assistance
  • Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 — prohibits discrimination based on sex in education programs
