ONE HUNDRED MEN ENTERPRISE ("100 MEN," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our program participants, reentry participants, mentees and their guardians, mentors, volunteers, team members, community partners, donors, and event attendees.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you sign up for our programs, complete an enrollment or intake form, register for an event, join as a mentor or volunteer, donate, or contact us:

•    Contact information such as your name, mailing address, email address, and mobile phone number.

•    Program and participation information you provide through sign-up, enrollment, or intake forms.

•    Communications you send to us.

•    For text messaging, your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages.

2. How We Collect Phone Numbers

We collect mobile phone numbers directly from you, when you choose to provide them. This may occur through a sign-up or program intake form on 100men.net, during event registration, during mentor or volunteer onboarding, or in person during our programs and events. We only enroll a phone number in our text messaging program after you have given express consent to receive text messages.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

•    Coordinate and deliver our programs and services, including mentorship, youth programs, prison and reentry programming, workforce development, and community engagement.

•    Communicate with program participants, mentees and their guardians, mentors, volunteers, team members, and community partners.

•    Send program updates, scheduling and session reminders, mentorship and reentry coordination, volunteer and team communications, and event notifications, including by text message where you have opted in.

•    Process donations and provide acknowledgements.

•    Respond to your inquiries, improve our programs, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) and Your Mobile Information

If you opt in to receive text messages from 100 MEN, we collect your mobile phone number and your message preferences and use them to send the communications described above.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our text messaging program, such as our SMS platform provider, solely to deliver the messages you have requested and not for their own marketing.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

•    With trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf and are bound to protect your information.

•    When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of 100 MEN or others.

•    With your consent.

6. How We Protect Your Contact Information

We protect your contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Access is limited to authorized staff, mentors, and service providers who need it to operate our programs and communications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

8. Your Choices and Rights

•    You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

•    You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us using the information below.

•    You may unsubscribe from emails by following the instructions in the message.

9. Children's Privacy

Our youth programs serve minors through partnerships with schools, families, and guardians. Where a participant is a minor, we collect contact information, including phone numbers, from a parent or guardian or with their consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without appropriate consent.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above indicates when it was last revised.
