SMS Terms and Conditions
ONE HUNDRED MEN ENTERPRISE is a Veteran Owned, faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program offered by ONE HUNDRED MEN ENTERPRISE ("100 MEN," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Program Description
ONE HUNDRED MEN ENTERPRISE sends text messages to individuals who opt in. Recipients may include program participants, prison and reentry participants, mentees and their parents or guardians, mentors, volunteers, team members, community partners, and event attendees. Messages may include program updates and scheduling, session and appointment reminders, mentorship and reentry coordination, volunteer and team communications, event notifications and invitations, and other organizational communications.
2. How We Collect Your Number and Your Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from 100 MEN at the number you provided. You may opt in through a sign-up or program intake form on 100men.net, during event registration, during mentor or volunteer onboarding, by texting a keyword, or by providing your number and consent in person. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any program, service, or assistance from 100 MEN.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages based on your interactions with us, the programs you are enrolled in, and the events you register for.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. 100 MEN is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
5. Opt-Out (Cancellation)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. If you would like to rejoin, you can opt in again at any time.

7. Carriers Not Liable
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy and Your Contact Information
We protect your contact information and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy (insert your published Privacy Policy URL here).
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above indicates when they were last revised.
